Phoenix Book Festival — Marketplace Booth | $550 Early-bird

A vendor booth in the foyers outside the ballroom at The Phoenix Book Festival, Saturday, January 30, 2027, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Early-bird special. The $550 price is for 16 Marketplace Booths only.

• 10 x 8 ft space in the foyer outside the ballroom
• 6 ft table and 2 chairs
• 2 vendor badges
• Program and website listing: name and link
• Floor map: name
• Stamp passport stop, so attendees visit your booth to collect a stamp
• Impact Author Marketplace Online Community: 30 days

Good to know

• Stay inside your booth space. Back wall or banner up to 8 ft tall. Keep every door and the 10 ft in front of it clear
• No power by default. Request power by January 8; the hotel charges for it and we pass the cost on
• An extra vendor badge is $50
• Load-in begins 6:30 am. Booths are staffed 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Teardown begins at 4:00 pm and nothing leaves early. Teardown ends 5:30 pm

Not permitted: food or drink for sale (the festival serves coffee and tea only), a competing book award or contest, and anything with an open flame.
