At your table

On stage

• 10-minute talk on the Impact Stage (nonfiction) or the Story Stage (fiction)
• First pick of prime-time stage slots between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm
• Your time slot arrives by January 8. Optional slides, 16:9, due January 15

Photo and video

• 15 edited photos of you at the table with readers
• 5 edited photos on stage
• One 60 to 90 second highlight video
• Delivered by private link within 14 days after the festival

VIP Author Experience

• Author Lounge all day, with coffee, tea and seating
• Early entry at 8:00 am and a VIP badge ribbon
• Networking hour in the lounge, 12:00 to 1:00 pm

Author setup begins at 7:30 am. VIP early entry at 8:00 am. Doors open at 9:00 am. The festival closes at 4:00 pm and teardown ends at 5:30 pm.
